Find out how your workplace safety culture is doing.
The Safety Culture Assessment (SCA) is an easy-to-complete tool comprised of 12 questions to help assess your organization's workplace safety culture, is relevant to all sectors and organizational sizes and is able to track change over time.
The SCA should be completed by the person in the workplace most knowledgeable about the safety and health program and practices. Studies reveal that this individual provides the most accurate reporting for each of the questions, but that doesn't mean anybody can't give it a try.
