This e-learning course will provide you with a practical introduction to workplace safety and health committees in Manitoba workplaces (excluding workplaces covered by federal legislation).
You'll learn how to establish a new committee, how a committee can perform its functions and how committees can be effective. The course will introduce you to the roles and responsibilities of a committee and its members. You'll learn about resolving worker safety and health concerns, resolving work refusals, workplace inspections and incident investigations.
Workplace Safety and Health Committees for Manitoba-Legislated Workplaces is an e-learning course developed by the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety in partnership with SAFE Work Manitoba.
