In-Person Training
As SAFE Work Manitoba continues recovery planning efforts, we are proceeding with the utmost caution, keeping your safety and health as our highest priority. We have decided to
postpone all in-person workshops and events until further notice. SAFE Work Manitoba will continue to monitor the guidance of health authorities and reassess plans as necessary.
Virtual Training
SAFE Work Manitoba is now offering our workshops through virtual classroom learning. Virtual classroom learning will provide a similar experience to our regular in-person workshops delivered in an online classroom format. Facilitators will use learning tools such as polls (surveys), breakout rooms and chats to confirm learning and encourage participation. The full-day SAFE Work Manitoba workshops are 7.5 hours. To obtain a certificate of completion you must attend the workshop in its entirety.
Workshops will take place through the WebEx Training Center platform. Participants must have access to:
- a computer or laptop with video and audio capabilities, and
- a reliable internet connection.
To get your unique workshop link to attend, you must provide an individual email address and contact phone number for each participant when registering.
Note: Participants must be available to attend a brief system test session two days prior to the workshop, or be available to attend the workshop at least 20 minutes before start time to troubleshoot any potential audio/video issues.
